Dr. Craig L. Barcomb

Director of Chiropractic Care

Dr. Craig Barcomb has been a chiropractic physician for over 35 years and has been practicing in Sarasota Florida for 30 years.

He graduated from the University Vermont and went on to receive his Doctorate in Chiropractic Medicine from National University of Health Science in Chicago, Illinois in 1979.

Dr. Barcomb specializes in a research-based approach to chiropractic care called the Gonstead Method which utilizes an extensive analysis and specific scientific approach to manipulation. His “bedside” manner, compassion, understanding of chiropractic skills keep him in steady demand.

Dr. Barcomb is a Diplomat in the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners, a member of the Gonstead Clinical Study Society, a member of the American Chiropractic Association, Florida Chiropractic Association and is on the on ombudsman committee for managed health care for the State of Florida.

Additionally, he is board Eligible in Sports Medicine, past member of the Vermont board of Chiropractic Examiners, former instructor at the University Vermont Science Department, lecturer at the University of Medical School Alternative Healthcare in Nonsurgical Orthopedics and consultant for Managed Care Industry.

Donna Barcomb M.S., P.T.

Director of Professional Physical Therapy

Donna Mathisen Barcomb has been successfully practicing physical therapy for over 30 years. She received a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with Highest Honors from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) in 1978.

Her area of emphasis was in biomechanics and exercise physiology. She received her Masters of Science, Physical Therapy from Boston University in 1980 with internships at Massachusetts General Hospital, Boston City Hospital, and Walter Reed Medical Center.

Donna has worked extensively in the out-patient arena since for over 30 years and enjoys working with people that suffer from conditions involving muscles and joints. Patients praise her thoroughness in the evaluation of their condition and fully appreciate the rapport established by her working with patients on a one-on-one.
